We stand behind the craftsmanship of our work. Please contact us at info@oakleyparsons and we will advise you on the best way to proceed. If the repair is due to normal wear and tear, an estimate will be provided prior to starting the repair. Most repairs take 1-2 weeks to complete.
As far as possible, jewelry should be kept dry and contact with chemical avoided. Put your jewelry on after applying perfume, hairspray or lotion. Wear and tear on jewelry can be reduced by not wearing jewelry during activities like gardening, washing dishes or working out at the gym.
Gold and gemstones can be cleaned lightly using a soft cloth. For a more thorough cleaning soak the jewelry for a few minutes in warm water with a small amount of non-detergent soap. Pat dry with a soft cloth. A very soft toothbrush can be used to clear debris from areas of accumulation.
