TERMS & CONDITIONS

All of our pieces are personally and individually handmade to order by Oakley Parsons.   All sales are final except as detailed below.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order please contact us within five business days of placing the order to receive a full refund.   Cancellations after this time will not be refunded since materials will have been purchased and fabrication begun.

Repairs and Replacements

If a purchased piece is received damaged or defective, you may return it to us.  We will make the necessary repairs at no additional cost and return it to you.  If a piece is received damaged or defective you must notify us within five business days of receipt, and return the piece for repair within 10 business days of receipt.  If a piece becomes damaged by accident and you would like it repaired, please contact us to arrange a return.  We will assess the damage and advise you as to the repair work required and the estimated cost.

Resizing

If you order the wrong size by accident, we can re-size it for you for a small additional fee.  If resizing is required you must notify us within five business days of receipt, and return the piece for resizing within 10 business days of receipt.  In your correspondence please indicate the desired size.
